We also offer a luxurious course that includes Ishigaki beef sirloin and fillet steak for birthdays and anniversaries.
Our chef personally selects and purchases Ishigaki beef and other A4 to A5 grade Japanese beef. Please enjoy the "moderate sweetness and tenderness" that is the characteristic of Ishigaki beef. We also have a lineup of Okinawa's brand pork, "Agu pork," which is juicy and melt-in-your-mouth pork.
